Project Management Training
We offer two training programs (small groups):
- Managed! For aspiring/novel project managers – focused on providing end-to-end practical project management skills, including activities, events, processes, and most common tools used to successfully manage projects from initiation to delivery.
- Agile/scrum! For experienced project managers – focused on providing in-depth and practical ways to leverage agile/scum framework to manage digital transformation projects, including scrum master role and responsibilities, how to facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, leverage JIRA’s full potential to manage sprints, and what the software development life cycle (SDLC) entails (scrum team member roles and responsibilities, high-level development and quality assurance process and terminology, project environments, etc.)
